Rachel and I have spent our 40 years of marriage focused on our family vision and “keeping the main things the main things.” It’s so easy to get sidetracked from our first and most important ministry, our family. We spend a lot of time vision-casting for each new season of life, being intentional about the ways we invest into each of our 7 children, and now 7 grandchildren, helping them discover their unique strengths and exploring how those might fit into God’s calling on their lives.

We believe that growing healthy marriages and families is the most powerful way we can impact our culture. That light shines into a culture starving for commitment, stability and relationships, powerfully drawing others to the Truth in Christ. Intimate marriages and families become a compelling medium for the Gospel.

Our focus for nearly 30 years has been sharing a “coach approach” to living life around your highest values. We own and operate Professional Christian Coaching Institute, the world’s largest Christian school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), serving Christians in more than 90 countries live-via-Zoom, so they can do the same for their clients.

We are passionate about all the major seasons and events of adult life: education and career, single life, dating/courtship, marriage, sexuality, parenting, entrepreneurship, service and ministry, financial stewardship, health and self-care, grandparenting, caregiving, and the challenges that come with raising a family in today’s culture.
